Plastic Industries offers 3 different RF Welding locations around the United States through our sister company, Sealtech.

Sealtech was founded in the early 1970s, to serve the needs of the Nuclear and Recreational Industries.  Having a reputation for quality RF Welding and exceptional engineering support, Sealtech was purchased by Plastic Industries in 1983 and moved from Colorado to Tennessee.  Now self-contained, PI, Inc expanded Sealtech’s use of RF Welding and developed additional business in the Medical, Military, Automotive, Aerospace, Safety, and Seating Industries.

Plastic Injection Molding Projects

At Sealtech we provide RF Welding to almost every industry imaginable!  We service the medical, recreational, military, aerospace, poultry, firearm, plumbing, electrical, structural and packaging industries.  Don’t see your industry?  Don’t worry, more than likely we are in the process of working on something right now!  The pictures below are just a small sampling of the many products we RF weld every day at Sealtech.  The first is a wheel chair seat cushion that uses a RF sealed bladder to hold fluids and air, the second is an RF sealed mattress for hospital use, the third is a RF welded air pressurized fighter pilot flight vest and the third is an RF welded body bag meant to be completely leak proof.

At Plastic Industries we mold everything from structural foam molded swimming pool walls for Hydra Pools to custom injection molded rifle stocks for Knight Rifles. We also offer custom RF Sealing through our sister company Sealtech.
